About this apartment rental
Tree Loft #6 for 2-4 people, is part of Aranjuez Lofts located in Santa Ana. 9 lofts located in a beautiful private property with shared large garden and pool. Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater, and public transportation.
Tree Loft has its name because it was built around a tree! Upon entering the kitchen is equipped with a small breakfast bar, and through a glass you can see the tree that has been in the property for many many years. It is also seen from the room and the bathroom. The loft is located on the first floor which is accessed by a few steps.
The room has 2 queen beds, 2 closets, safe, cable TV, and a dining room with 4 chairs; also a private bathroom with hot water. The loft also has A/C and wireless internet.
As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils and tableware for 4.
Additionally the property has for guests:
- Parking space.
- Pool with deck and large garden.
- A common laundry room: 1 washer and 1 dryer. $5 per load cost, it does not include detergent.
Great for holidays or business people who need a small apartment for a short term without having to sign a lease or furnish an apartment.
Our availability is permanent, for any assistance that guests require. Also, on the property we have an office, in which there is always a person available during business hours for any questions or assistance.

What a find! Adrian & Gigi (hosts) have created a unique, upscale experience only 20 min (no traffic) to San Jose airport. Beautiful enclosed garden yard with pool and lounging chairs with 10 units, each individually decorated. We admired our “Nature” decor with efficient and well planned kitchen and storage. Absolutely lovely inside and out!!
