Welcome to The Cowboy! Bring all your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 5 BR cabin in the heart of Wears Valley.
Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 14 across 3 levels, you can't go wrong!!
Close to attractions and get free access to an amazing community POOL and stocked fishing pond just 4 minutes down the road.
*A fully executed rental agreement will be required upon completion of booking.

- 5 BR/ 3.5 Bath over 3 levels
- Main Level: Master w/ 1 King Bed En Suite, Kitchen, Dining, Living, Deck w/ Hot Tub, Half Bath by entry
- Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) with shared bath
- Lower Level: Game Room w/ twin bunks and games galore, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 with two full beds) Shared Bath
- Smart TV's in all rooms BYO Passwords
- Grill: There is a 3 foot charcoal grill outside to the left of the cabin. Ash bucket, brush and grill utensils supplied.

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
With three levels, there is plenty of room for being together or for spreading out from the loft to the main level to the lower level game room. Majestic mountain setting yet in the middle of town. It truly doesn't get better than that.
Items to Note:
We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be providing by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up at the cabin as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platform. BYO Passwords
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
