About this apartment rental
Escape to paradise in a new 1 bed/2 bath centrally located in Marathon. Our fully stocked condo is steps away from open ocean views, where you can fish off the docks, lounge under one of the many Tiki huts, or cool off in the vast elevated swimming pool that overlooks the Atlantic. Fully air conditioned clubhouse on property is equipped with a commercial ice machine. Convenient grilling stations located next to the clubhouse, to cook your fresh catch. Come enjoy paradise. There`s one gate pass inside the condo. They cost $150.00 to replace. They are the responsibility of the guest. If lost they will be charged $150.00 to replace. We ask you take all garbage down to the dumpster marked OIFV before leaving. Anything you are not taking with you please put down in the dumpster. There`s a $100.00 charge for garbage left behind.

It was just my husband and I we had a pleasant visit. Your facilities are top notch, clean, and safe. Key West is a bit busy but in Marathon and Key West there was plenty to do close by or a bit of a drive away. Pool was great! Thank you!

We stayed for 7 days and had a great time! Our condo was beautifully furnished and had all of the necessities of home. Frank responded quickly to all questions we had, we met some wonderful new friends and already booked for next year!! The gated community was a plus and there is a great pizza place within walking distance. The sunset from the dock is a must see!

beautiful unit ,very well appointed and welcoming.
beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need.
area around has great ocean views and exellent heated pool.
Frank is very responsive and accommodating.
will stay again.
