This well-designed, modern villa features 3 bedrooms with ocean views and 2.5 bathrooms. The villa has an open-concept kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, complete with a barbecue area and views of the pool* and the beach. The villa is secured by roller shutters, an electric gate, and security cameras.
The villa is part of a property consisting of two duplexes. Each duplex has its own garden terrace. The property features a saltwater pool* and a private beach, shared by both duplexes. A kayak is available. A complimentary housekeeping service is provided three times a week.
