• The property features both an indoor and outdoor heated pool, a sauna, and is located close to delicious restaurants.

• A small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3, charged per person, and a €450 damage deposit will be collected upon arrival.
• Pets allowed (max 1 pet/accommodation): €8/pet/night. Excludes first and second-category dogs. Notify us when booking if bringing a pet.

So many good and bad things about this residence aparthotel:
Good: nice (not-heated) outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, gym, hammam & sauna. Good reception area, friendly staff. 15 min walk to beach downhill. WiFi in rooms. Option to clean apartment to avoid €50 cleaning fee (no cleaning products supplied).
Bad: Very modern and antiseptic feel, needs more wall paintings/framed posters. No air-conditioning in hotel/apartments (can ask for fan). In our allocated apartment, bathroom and toilet room doors squeaked. One bedside bedroom light faulty. Beds are memory foam and very lumpy and uncomfortable. Silly to have beds covered with duvets in hot weather. Power cut witnessed in corridors for several days. Hot water failed completely in residence for several days, I was told I had to share hot water supplied with other apartments. Reception not staffed from 12pm-3pm and 7pm-8am weekdays, slightly different at weekends. Kitchen has no bread knife or steak knives, scissors, no cleaning products, no vacuum cleaner. For stays of one week or more you have to book a staff member the day before leaving to inspect your apartment to ensure you stole nothing and your €150 deposit will be unblocked on checkout. One roll of toilet paper and one dishwasher tablet only supplied no matter the length of stay. No oven, only microwave/grill and hot plates. Kitchen table chairs move noisily and our balcony was northeast facing so very brief sun. Sewage smell outside building. Under airport flight
