Renovated luxury home near downtown Orlando!

We came back to the Orlando area for a week and enjoyed our stay. You can tell the owners have done a lot of repairs and improvements to the home. We will stay again when we come back to the area. Thanks for having us and my son said thanks for the snacks and water!

Overall the house is great central to everything anyone in Orlando would go visit. Owner allowed my group to come early for a fee and I will blame the expedited entry on the lack of detail with the cleaning but not bad at all. My only other detail is that the curtain in the rooms are quite see through and in the mornings sun light will 100% wake you up.

Needed a place to stay since we were in town for the night to see a concert. The property was very well kept. Very cute home that slept my two older children, brother and my husband and I.

The communication with the host was outstanding. First and foremost, I booked the night before check-in, leaving little room for any major cleaning. The host did tell me the morning of that the prior guests had made a mess on the couches and she was having them cleaned, so I expected them to still be wet. I appreciated that heads up, otherwise I would have definitely been annoyed with the wet couch situation- better that then sitting on gross couches! The house overall needed a good cleaning. I expressed my concerns at check out, and sent pictures to the host. Within an hour of check out and me expressing my concerns, she was on-site looking for herself. She clearly saw what I did, and I am confident she is going to address this accordingly!! It’s unfortunate when you hire out a job such as cleaning and they don’t deliver. The hosts response was so positive and apologetic, I truly believe her intentions are to provide a great experience to her guests! Outside of that, the beds were comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the location was PERFECT!! We had no plans for our two days in Orlando, so we didn’t choose this place out of convenience, but it turned out to be in a location better than we could have asked for!! I would definitely book this VRBO again!
