The property was exactly as described and worked for a weekend stay to go watch the Broncos beat the Eagles! I will stay here again if in the area.

Overall we had a great experience! Getting there and seeing the neighborhood was a little bit of a shocker, but it turned out great! We have a few ideas for the Host that we believe will make the spot even better, but as I stated overall great spot!!!

This house was amazing! It was clean and was centralized to everything we needed. Check in was easy and seamless. The neighborhood was a little rough, but the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will Definitely rent this property again.

The actual place was very nice. The amenities were well-thought-out, everything was clean and the rowhouse was comfy. The neighborhood was sketchy. People yelling on the street, dogs barking at all hours and a pervasive smell of weed. We did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood or opening windows. It was street parking, but, luckily, we had no problems finding a place to park close by.
Overall it was fine for us because we were driving to places we planned to visit- Aquarium, Zoo, Eastern Penitentiary and weren't staying out late. Of note- it cost $5.00 every time you cross the bridge into Philly. Our fault for not thinking to check that out before our visit.
The owner was very responsive when we had initial difficulties getting into the house.
