About this house rental

The vibrant decor and generous layout create an inviting haven for everyone. We offer 3 private bedrooms and a 4th semi-private bedroom attached to a room with 2 double beds. The 3rd full bath is only accessible through the garage and has no HVAC.

Unwind in our expansive outdoor space, boasting a wrap-around deck, a large patio, and plenty of room for games. Take a refreshing dip in the private saltwater pool, ideal for leisurely swims or fun-filled splashes. Paradise Peak now also features a Top-of-The-Line Grandee hot tub from Hot Springs. The Highlife Collection is a luxurious and spacious spa designed for relaxation and hydrotherapy. It offers a premium experience for up to seven people with a variety of features and advanced technologies to enhance your comfort and well-being. Enjoy the powerful jets and customizable settings, including 2 of the Moto-Massage® DX jet seats which deliver a unique moving massage to your back, enhancing the overall therapeutic effect.
Our prime location offers the best of both worlds. A quick 5-minute walk to the beach for sun-soaked adventures, and another 5-minute walk to Starbucks for your coffee fix. For great dining, shopping, and fun, hop on your 6 passenger, fully street legal golf cart (LSV) for a short ride to Barefoot Landing.

Additional Rules: All guests must be registered with the host. Maximum 12 guests allowed -Booking guests must be 25 or older and be in attendance the entire duration of the reservation. -NO SMOKING in or near the home. If evidence of smoke (smell, cigarette butts, burn marks, etc.) is found on the property you will be required to pay an additional $300 cleaning fee. - Quiet time is 11 pm-7 am (Per local requirement). Please be considerate of neighbors - They will call law enforcement for excessive noise. -There are only 4 driveway parking spots permitted for our property. There is an additional garage spot that can be used. There is no additional street or grass parking. -Accidents happen. Please report the damages immediately. Damages exceeding the amount covered by VRBO will be the financial responsibility of the guest. -Certain closets throughout the home are for host use only and are not to be opened by guests. -Absolutely no events or parties. You will be asked to leave immediately without a refund if a rule is broken. -No pets allowed, no exceptions. -There are security cameras located on the exterior of the property for your safety and ours. They are located at door(ring doorbell) one is pointed at patio under house. One is pointed at the drive way and one is pointed at the golf cart parked inPlease leave them uncovered. No cameras are located indoors or pointed toward the pool area.the garage.

Our stay was fantastic! The owners could not be more accommodating with our check-in and check out! The communication was excellent throughout our stay! The location was 5 minute walk to the beach however, we used the amazing golf cart and was able to load all of our beach gear and we were there in one minute. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice to come back to the house from the beach and golf and have the pool right there. We would highly recommend this property!
