Shared Pool, Golf Cart Access, Downtown, Close to Beach

When I booked this property, the reviews weren’t great, but many of them were older, so I was hopeful it might be under new management or that things had improved.Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. When we arrived, the couches hadn’t been reset after the previous guests, and one of them still had large food crumbs all over it. The master bedroom sheets had multiple hairs on them, and there was also hair on the floor in the master bathroom, which made the cleanliness feel lacking from the start. The mattresses, pillows, and linens also appeared to be very low quality, making for a less comfortable stay than we expected. I would suggest bringing your own pillows and possibly an additional blanket or two.On the positive side, communication with the host was good, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and there was plenty of convenient parking available. We have stayed at multiple properties at this same complex over the years and it remains a favorite due to the location and shared pool area.
