About this house rental
This house in High Springs is situated on a quiet 5 acre farm lot with a large pool, and wonderful outdoor space. This immaculate space is perfect for the weekend getaway or a monthly rental. With a dedicated office, this is perfect for the guest who wants to work from home during the day, and enjoy central FL's adventures in the afternoon. Only an 8 minute drive to downtown High Springs, 10 mins to Poe Springs, 15 mins to Ginnie Springs, and numerous other local attractions.
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a dedicated office. The outdoor space includes a large patio with furniture, and a large pool. The property also include an RV hook up by the barn with is available at an additional cost.
We believe in giving our guests their privacy however if something should come back we are only a message or call away!
• Quiet time after 10 p.m.
• We want you to make yourself at home, so if you move items during your stay please make sure they are back in their original placement prior to check out.
• Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is correct. If you have additional overnight visitors please notify your hosts.
• No events unless coordinated with the host.
• No smoking. If smoke is detected after check out an additional $500 charge will be applied to your reservation.
• If your pups join you we asked that they stay off the furniture. If you leave them at home, please bring a crate to reduce the risk of damage to the properly. Please clean up after them in the yard, and dispose of the waste in the trash can. Lastly, we work hard to maintain nice yard, so please no digging. A charge will be applied if the yard is damaged.
• Laundry is available in the home, and free of charge but please only wash linens, towels, or clothing. Any pet laundry is prohibited.

The house and location were perfect for our quick, relaxing birthday getaway. We enjoyed the nature, peace and quiet this home had to offer after a day at the springs which were only 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this lovely property!

Beautiful property! My husband and I and our two college age kids and two chocolate labs enjoyed our stay very much! The springs were close by. The house had lots of space and is beautifully decorated! Huge kitchen with a gas stove.
The neighbors across the street have horses that graze everyday.
We love the green fields, huge oak trees, cows, horses and other animals to see in this area:).
Natural Florida is so beautiful!!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the location and house. Close to springs. Close to food. Beautiful house on the inside and out. Pool was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much. I will definitely stay here again. Communication with owner was great. We had such a great time.
