Fair haven cutie

Excellent bay front cottage with a long dock. Nice to wake up to the sound of swans landing in the water. Fishing from dock produced multiple species for both kids and adults. Comfortably furnished for a cozy cottage and kitchen was well equipped for both cooking and serving. Main bedroom bed was quite comfortable, single bed in upstairs bedroom is ready for replacement. Owner was very responsive.

Comfy beds, great water pressure wish the deck had an umbrella for the deck. Great peer beautiful view nice an quiet Great neighborhood feel.

Lovely little cottage with deck overlooking the bay in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to town of Fair Haven. A good dock for boating. Place was clean and well stocked with coffee and other essentials. I would stay there again.

We chose the location as it was in Fair Haven on the water and easy for my sister and husband to get to (locals but wanted to join us while we were visiting). Overall, it wasn't uncomfortable but I'm in the hospitality industry and there were some things that need a little attention and fixing and just some easy guest perks to make it great. I would NOT (IMHO) stay here if you have children during the summer unless you can do without air conditioning on the upper level. The air conditioning unit on the lower level helps with added fans but it's not quite enough to make it comfortable for sleeping upstairs. There's also a few fixes that should be made to keep kids safe. We enjoyed being on the water and when it was cool in the morning or later evening sitting outside was just lovely. Appliances work, check in/out was easy, and communication with the owner was very easy.
