We booked this property a week before our expected arrival. The company that manages this property was quick to respond with papers to sign, what to expect, and recommendations for things to do in the area. We arrived early to the property and made contact with the managing company, and they provided early access to the home. Heavenly was the name of the person we were in communications with and they were an absolute pleasure to speak with. The pool on-site was clean and warm. The house was cleaned all around, toilets were sanitized, and all the beds were clean and made. We weren't aware of the Alarms on the doors to the pool area so we set them off when we first arrived. I contacted the managing company and they walked us through the process of exiting the doors the proper way to ensure the alarms wouldn't go off. I'm thankful the alarms were on the doors as to prevent any of the children from gaining access to the pool area with out an adult being present. The house was located on Pine Ave. in Anna Maria. This is the main strip with great options for shopping and the best restaurants the island has to offer. The beach access was only two minute walk. The house was stocked with a wagon, and enough beach chairs for my whole family. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and get a spot set up in minutes. We enjoyed every sun set from the beach. Overall our stay was relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend this location for any family

Spent a week at AMI and had a great time! The house is in the perfect location - steps to beach and shops. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the front porch with ocean view. The property shows signs of wear and tear but can be expected. Its all about the location!

Check-in didn’t go well. we didn’t get keys until the following Tuesday. The porch and patio cushions were all pretty much dirty, both sides. Some areas in the kitchen and in general in the house we’re just not cleaned.
The pool, water and liner we’re dirty, and was not straightened out until Friday night before we left. There were no pool tools..brush etc.
It rained twice and twice water flowed through a ceiling light fixture in the hallway on the main floor. We sopped up water with towels and put a pan there to collect the dripping water …twice. There was a concern about electrical shock. Management sent maintenance personnel out but nothing was done. All was reported to management. They were always courteous and responsive but not much got solved.
This is a formidable house in a great location.
The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are unbelievable. The house needs attention, refreshing.
We don’t enjoy writing this. We spent thousands of dollars to stay there. some of these issues are not new. We had first stated that we wanted compensation for the inconvenience. In thinking it over we decided we would rather be free to relate our experience in hope of helping others to make an informed decision that we wish we had.
