Welcome to Ventura Loft 36, a cozy ground-floor beach loft in the charming Pierpont neighborhood—just half a block from the ocean Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this thoughtfully designed retreat offers rare A/C, a full kitchen, Smart TVs, and a dedicated garage parking space. Walk to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, then come home to a quiet, comfortable space made for easy coastal living.
**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
**Guest Portal
- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

The unit we rented was in a great location just steps from the beach. Overall it was very sunny and bright, and adequately appointed with dishes and kitchenware, as well as items like garbage bags and sandwich wrap. No dishwasher, but that's okay. Lots of closets and drawers, which a lot of these types of rentals often do not include. One of the windows has a long crack it and and should be replaced and the opaque triangular windows near the ceiling were a quite dirty on the outside. Off-street parking was great. There seemed to be some anti-tourist sentiment in the neighborhood as we saw numerous signs reading "locals only" and a resident across the street certainly did not care for dogs. Overall this top unit was a great for a short beach stay.

This unit was a very nice clean one, with everything my wife and I needed. It was within walking distance of the beach and easy to find. Enjoyed everything about the stay except the couch, was a futon that was very uncomfortable. Everything worked and unit was just as described. Would recommend to others.
