The Mira1 house is a delightful newly renovated apartment of approximately 85m2 in a historic building located in the village of Mondello/Partanna on the first floor, accessible by comfortable stairs, just 10 minutes away from the splendid Mondello beach on foot along the tree-lined and flat Via Galatea .
The house consists of a hallway, two large double bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The first bedroom has air conditioned with a Smart Working corner and overlooks Via Galatea and Via Pazienza from the corner balcony.
The second bedroom has air conditioned with a balcony and overlooks Via Galatea.
All the windows have mosquito nets.
The kitchen is complete with hob, microwave, Nespresso machine but also the traditional Moka coffee maker and kettle.
The bathroom with window is complete with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and washing machine.
In a few distance you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacconists and a bus stop.
The rate includes:
Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, bed and bathroom linen and final cleaning.
Only the air conditioning is on consumption €0.45 per kw/h which can be checked using a meter.

We stayed at Antonella’s home 6 nights and it was perfect decision. We enjoyed our stay there to the fullest. Everything was clean. Appartement was so big and has a big balcony. Downstairs is amazing coffee shop and gelateria 😊 it’s around 10 minutes walk to the beach but it’s totally worth it :) we definitely will stay there again :)
