Please note that the space is accessible by stairs.

We live upstairs with our teenage son, and normal household sounds may travel between floors. Our two friendly dogs may bark when guests arrive or when deliveries are made, but they are otherwise quiet and gentle. The basement tends to remain cooler in winter; space heaters are provided, and we are happy to adjust the home’s thermostat upon request.

Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend!
