About this apartment rental
Come stay in our cozy basement apartment. We work hard to make this a comfortable stay for all our guests! We love the neighborhood. Easy access to recreation centers, parks, walking, and biking trails, .5 miles from our space.
The guest accommodations are completely private, accessible by a separate entrance through the garage, and using a self-check-in keypad.
There is a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette (note: no oven), and two bedrooms, one room with one queen-sized bed and the other bedroom with two twin beds. The space is in our basement, so only accessible by using stairs.
Kitchenette:
- Compact kitchenette with a large fridge.
- Electric 2-burner cooktop and small sink
-Toaster oven and Ninja Foodi (air fryer, baking, sautéing, and crockpot settings)
Living room area
The TV has Netflix, Prime, but for other apps, you have to use your own username and passwords. No cable.
Bedroom 1 (Queen Bed)
- Comfortable queen bed with a memory foam mattress
- Convenient bedside tables with built-in charger ports and luggage rack
- Open closet space, luggage rack, and full-length mirror
Bedroom 2 (Twin Beds)
- Two twin beds with plush mattresses
- Three-drawer dresser and lamps with built-in charging port

- Check-in is through the garage.
- Equipped with patio furniture for a relaxing experience, if you want to sit and enjoy fresh air while opening the garage door
**Note for Guests:** Please read so you know what to expect.
- We live upstairs, so you may hear footsteps and voices. Our two friendly dogs may greet you with some barking through the window. They bark when they hear you go in and out, but they are gentle companions and usually quiet unless they hear you come in and out or when the postman comes:)
- We pride ourselves on positive reviews and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- The basement is cooler than the main house, offering a comfortable retreat in summer but at times can be cooler in Winter. The basement has space heaters for your comfort. Temperature is controlled in the main house. You can let us know if it needs to be adjusted.
Laundry can be available only for those staying longer than 7 days.
You may see us going in and out of the garage. It is rare

Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend!

Excellent property and wonderful host. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Patty checked in with us multiple times to make sure we comfortable.

This rental is great! It's located between the airport and Denver. Everything was clean and cozy. The host was very communicative and flexible.
