About this house rental
We have opened our home again for your vacation stay after an extensive renovation. Enjoy one of the top 12 most luxurious lakes in the world, according to cityneversleeps.com. Picture yourself sitting lakeside on a large screened-in porch, sipping on a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoying the peaceful lake life. After relaxation time, you can enjoy kayaks available on the property or take a nice walk at our local nature preserve in our community. We also offer a boat slip to park your boat or rent one at the local marina about 10 minutes away. In the evening, enjoy watching the sunset on the dock or sit by the fire pit and talk about the great memories you created. This is a great property to experience family time. If you have young ones, we have a separate room in the basement to enjoy a game or watch a movie. If adventure seeking is on the list, the National White Water Center is approximately 30 minutes away. There is also a beautiful nature park, complete with a greenway to take your morning jog, located less than a mile from your lake house. If more outdoor activities are on your list, we have several state parks about 45 minutes away if you want to hike the trails in North Carolina. Your cozy cottage is approximately 35 minutes from the Charlotte International Airport.

Great family home. My grandkids range in age from 5 to 10. They had a wonderful time on the lake fishing, swimming and boating

Wow, amazing property and experience overall! The house is amazingly cozy and clean, plus a great location with a ton of amenities. We had a great long weekend at the lake (first time at Lake Norman) and we will definitely come back to visit again! One of the best house rentals we’ve ever had!Thank you again for being great hosts!

This cottage was perfect. Set in a quiet cove with an awesome screened in porch, we had an amazing time. The cottage has so many personal touches and amenities. We are already planning to return.

When you think about NC you think great people and beautiful scenery. This location has all of it wrapped in one.
The owner, Ed, is amazing! Amazing probably isn't good enough, but when you meet the guy you know you're in good hands and you'll be able to relax and enjoy your stay.
The location is perfect. The house has more than enough room, and has everything you need. The yard is big enough for any dog to run around. I wouldn't think twice about booking this place
The only thing negative about this property is it isn't mine.
