Enjoy the great views from the living room and master bedroom in this beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of seating and room to spread out a for a family game night. You'll enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and El Matador's gulf-front pool from your balcony. Living room has a sofa sleeper, primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Enjoy your meal on your balcony while watching the waves crash to the beach - and you can't beat the sunsets over the Emerald Coast. Come away and make memories at El Matador!
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Clean and well maintained, it is better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked; however, the coffee pot needs to be upgraded, and no paper towels or hand soap are provided. The furniture is in excellent condition, and the beds and sleeper sofa are comfortable. The supply of bath towels and washcloths was adequate and in good condition. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed walking to the new restaurant, Beach View, every day. The experience was wonderful, and we had a great stay!

Beautiful beach and very nice complex. Last condos Santa Rosa Boulevard so the beach is less crowded.
