In the heart of the Dordogne valley on our property bordered by a stream, with multiple fruit trees (fig, apple, cherry, plum, walnut) with vegetable garden and spaces to relax made available by the stream (garden furniture, hammock, bench).
Close to many tourist sites (Rocamadour, Padirac chasm, Martel and its little steam tourist train, Collonge-la-Rouge, Carennac, Loubressac, Autoire and its waterfall and even Sarlat and the Lascaux caves just an hour's drive away). Quiet and close to the Dordogne river (footpath from the house) and sites to swim in peace (Gluges, Le vieux chêne, Saule water park). All shops and doctors 5 km away (Martel and Vayrac). Wide choice of activities (Monkey Forest, Reptiland, Gramat animal park, canoeing on the Dordogne, golf, visit of the castles Castelnau-Bretenoux or Montal as close as possible, gourmet and festive markets, restaurants (7 starred) to satisfy the greatest number.
