About this villa rental
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, relaxation, and want to enjoy a place with breathtaking views, Villa Ti’Bijou is perfect for you!
We welcome you to our charming villa, which offers a panoramic view of the Saintes archipelago.
We’re fortunate to be located just 2 minutes from downtown Trois-Rivières and 5 minutes from the ferry terminal for Les Saintes. Grande-Anse Beach is also just a 5-minute drive away. There are plenty of hiking trails to explore right in our area. We’ll provide more information when you arrive.
Our 337 m² single-level villa accommodates up to 6 guests with its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each featuring a built-in closet (or large walk-in closet in the master suite), a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Every room in the house offers a view of the sea.
At your disposal: a large, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the infinity pool and the dining area; a laundry room with a washer, dryer, steam generator, etc. In addition, the kitchen sink features a filtration system approved by the Pasteur Institute, which guarantees impeccable drinking water quality (no need to buy bottled water). The house is also equipped with a 1,200-liter drinking water tank that will protect you from any potential water outages.
The terrace overlooking the Baie des Saintes features:
a heated infinity pool (8 m x 4 m), equipped with an alarm system and 1.50 m deep across the entire pool area;
furniture for your relaxation, as well as a variety of board games.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, a laser video projector, the Orange TV package, internet, and a library.
Flippers, masks, snorkels, a cooler… will be provided, as well as a safe.
The Ti’Bijou villa, situated on a 2,000 m² lot, features a beautiful pétanque court. Enclosed by an electric gate and secured by video surveillance and an alarm system, it also offers parking spaces.
For everyone’s comfort and well-being, we prefer to designate the villa as a non-smoking property, do not allow pets, and prohibit parties.
We only offer weekly rentals.
