Large living/dining area with a corner sofa and glass table, dining table with 4 chairs, flat-screen TV with internet radio, high-quality kitchenette with ceramic cooktop, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Access to the spacious southwest-facing balcony (approx. 35 sqm) with seating area. 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.8 x 2.0 m), 2 nightstands, and a wardrobe with sliding doors. 1 small children’s room with bunk beds (max. 2 children ages 4–16), a wardrobe, and seating. Bathroom with a sink and vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower.
