Pozzuoli Centrum - Appartamento Privato nel centro storico di Pozzuoli

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, modernes Apartment im Zentrum von Pozzuoli. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und es gibt viele Restaurants im Ort. Die Bahnstation ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Eigentlich nichts, im Treppenhaus roch es allerdings häufig modrig. Im eigentlichen Apartment war davon nichts zu bemerken. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, es war aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parken ist in Pozzuoli nur gegen Gebühr möglich, dies sollte man bedenken.

Die Ferienwohnung war mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee vor Ort. Weiters war bei unserer Ankunft eine Flasche Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank. Direkt gegenüber war ein Supermarkt, man konnte den Hafen und die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen (5min). Außerdem ein kleiner, netter Balkon.

Im Treppenhaus hat es die meiste Zeit nach Kloake gestunken. Dieser sehr penetranten Geruch war dann auch eine Nacht in der ganzen Wohnung. Es war wirklich extrem. In der letzten Nacht war dieser Geruch deutlich weniger penetrant. Es ist sehr laut, wenn man die Balkontüre schließt, ist es aber relativ ruhig.

Great apartment to explore Pozzuoli and the surrounding area. It´s easy to get to Procida and Ischia by ferry as the port is pratically 5 minutes from the apartment. Napoli is about 30 minutes by train. The train station/metro is probably a 20 minutes walk from the apartment. The aparment has absolutely everything you need to have a perfect stay. Everything was tidy and clean. The bathroom and bedroom are big enough. The living room is spacious and flows into the kitchen area nicely. There is even a nice small balcony to have coffee in the mornings or a drink after a full day of exploring. The kitchen has everything you need to do cocking and there is a nice grocery shop across the road from the apartment practically 20m from the entrance to the apartment building. Great if you have forgotten to buy something for dinner :-) The main square of Pozzuoli is probably less than 100m around the corner and the seaside promenade is just 10 minutes walk away.

The cobbled stoned road outside was the only negative aspect of our stay which is obviously not the fault of the apartment. It gets noisey early in the morning from the cars below but its a good alarm clock to get you out of bed to go have breakfast at the nearest coffee shop :-) In the evening it´s hardly noticeable.

Comme nous étions déjà à Pozzuoli, notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser déposer notre valise déjà dans la matinée. L'appartement est spacieux et magnifique. Moderne, très bien équipé, lit archi confortable, cuisine dotée de tout ce qu'il faut, décoration, petit balcon...idéal pour un long séjour (dommage, nous n'y étions que pour deux nuits). Situé on ne peut mieux dans le centre historique avec cafés et magasins à moins de deux pas! Pozzuoli est vraiment un lieu très agréable, à recommander vivement!

Même en cherchant bien, je ne vois rien à critiquer!
