The location was fine, close to Shop, not far from Wanaka, comfy beds, good lounge, fireplace nice, when I got it working, good parking.
The recycling was hard, couldn't get into the rubbish area, and then they only recycled glass, not cans and plastics, some blinds didn't work, no batteries in the remote for the heater, so only worked when I bought some. Kitchen a bit tight, when opening the dishwasher, you couldn't open the cupboard to put the clean stuff in.

A fairly new and spotlessly clean apartment with two separate bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and a good-sized lounge and kitchen on the ground floor. Good location with a short 8 min drive into town. Breakfast was not provided so we bought some supplies at the very conveniently located 4Square supermarket nearby (they also have fantastic takeaway sandwiches - great for lunch on the go).
Although there was an air conditioner in the ground-floor area and another one located at the top of the stairs near the bedrooms, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. This was not much use when you needed to close the doors for privacy, however, and as there was only a small window in the bedroom, there was not much cross ventilation and it got a bit stuffy and warm at times.

We got to the property and immediately noticed that the rubbish bin under the sink had not been cleaned and it was full of rubbish. The fire did not work, there was a sticky residue on the kitchen sink. It also said there was lake and mountain views which was completely not true at all. The entrance was around the front which toke us a while to find as it was not stated. There are no windows in the toilets too which also does not seem right and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
The uncleanliness, how it was a struggle to find. Very small wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people (3 at the absolute max)
