Great aprtment new and very modern + Great host + super location

Dear all, hello, many thank from me and my wife for great rest in your apartment. Just short review for all new guests/tenants, hope it will be helpfull: 1) Great host - any of your questions/requirements will be ansewered even late evening, many thanks for so great support; 2) Apartment absolutely new with fantastic space and system organixation. I will not add any photos, because all what you see from host in profile 100% true; 2.1) Electracy connections with 2 types, if you need to connect laptop cable of something solid - it's already on the place, no adapter; 2.2) All staff for cooking is on the place; 2.3) We were surprised that we can get filtered water, create sparkling water and everything from the same water tap - fantastic. 2.4) We don't need to meet with anybody to get the key from apartment, lock is electronic and you can open door from application; 2.5) Safe-box with space enought to laptop 14-15 enches on the place; 2.6) 2 TV's with activated Netflix, we were watching some series, when it was raining; 2.7) Everyday cleaning of the aprtment - it's already included! 2.8) Parking - very close to the apartment for payment - be carefull there are 2 prices - for residents and non-residents. If you are not from Italy, select non-residents. We paid as a residents and got penalty; 2.9) Internet was perfectly working, I had a few team call, no lugs, no problem with that; 2.10) Apartment are in the city center - 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to shop or downtown. In the evening you can find some concert new to aprtment; 2.11) We were taking Elena's beach booking from host, my recommendation to check also other beaches, which could be free and for payment also; Again many thanks to our host, everything was perfect!!!

State-of-the-art flat just by the beach! :D

The best accommodation that we’ve stayed in a long time. The flat is perfectly decorated and it looks like we were the first family to stay there. Super new, technological and more than complete. The beds were super comfy and the check-in easy. The hosts were friendly and responded straightaway. They also gave us good recommendations for restaurants and a map for public parking just 5 minutes from the building. Great breakfast in a bakery nearby. The best option in case you’re on your way through the French / Italian Riviera. Top!

Tolle Lage. Hervorragende Sauberkeit. Sehr ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung. Modern und einladend. Hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, fehlt eigentlich nur der Balkon, aber das kann man auch verschmerzen. Alles top!

L’appartamento è piacevolissimo e confortevole. Perfettamente ristrutturato, e fornito di ogni comfort oltre che molto curato in ogni particolare. Pulizia ineccepibile!! Organizzazione e comunicazione precisa, disponibile e cortese prima e durante il soggiorno. La posizione è in pieno centro, comoda per tutto. Siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo! Consigliatissimo!!!

Casa fantastica, sicuramente la migliore di quelle provate fino ad oggi. Pulitissima. Bellissima posizione, silenziosa, ampia possibilità di parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Fantastica l'acqua filtrata naturale e gasata. Complimenti ai gestori. Spero di tornarci presto.

Metterei un bollitore e oltre ai caffè lascerei tisane e tè.

Appartamento meraviglioso dotato di ogni comfort e pulitissimo. Arredamento tutto nuovo. Ottima posizione. Non abbiamo incontrato la proprietaria, ma è stata chiarissima nelle spiegazioni e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande.

Eccellente!

Appartamento assolutamente perfetto, pulito, confortevole, dotato di ascensore, arredamento nuovissimo e molto funzionale. La gestione della prenotazione può essere gestita tutta da remoto tramite whatsapp e booking. L'apertura della porta prevede l'installazione di una app dedicata. La location è perfetta vicina al centro e a molti parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento.
