Kiahuna Plantation Unit 42, Air Conditioning, 2 Minute Walk to Beach

The unit was right next to the management office. Very close to the Beach Access walkway (a bit to the left down the parking lot). Once you go down the walkway, head a bit left until you get to the protected cove for swimming and snorkeling (and viewing the basking sea turtles in the afternoon). The unit had all of the plates, utensils, etc. we needed along with microwave, range, and refrigerator. The A/C and fans worked well. Large vanity (with interesting night-light) opposite the bedroom with a separate door for toilet & shower (stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash). We didn't test the televisions. The large balcony had 2 lounge chairs and some assorted beach equipment. The living room was spacious and the sofa comfortable for napping. The grounds were well maintained and the staff friendly. Unassigned parking in a continuous lot that wrapped around the residences.

condo interior needs some updating

Reception staff was friendly. Room was clean. There were 'beach toys' stored at the condo. It was a very short walk to the beach and it was easy to sign up for surfing lessons right at the beach. Really appreciated the air-conditioning since it was so warm & humid.

One more towel exchange and a weekly cleaning would be nice. There were no cleaning supplies in unit
