Location and response time to resolve reported issues
Although Unit 2408 is decent and the owner was responsive, we did encounter the following problems: key code provided didn’t work upon arrival (incorrect code provided); 2nd day key code panel didn’t work (maintenance replaced battery). Days 1 and 2 no TV/WiFi service (owner had to resolve). TV remote in living room did not work the entire time. Primary suite offers no privacy in bathroom. Recommend door be installed.

The location was great. Liked the balcony.
Parts of unit updated others not. Not as clean as I would like it. Mainly floors behind doors and corners. Spots in a rug and couch. But pillows were horrible.
