Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist in wenigen Minuten am Meer bzw. an der Promenade und bei vielen Restaurants. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und hat eine große Terrasse, zum Glück gibt einen Aufzug. Oscar ist sehr hilfsbereit bei Problemen und reagiert schnell.
Die schöne Terrasse ist leider Richtung Norden ausgerichtet. Also so gut wie nie Sonne. Im Sommer mag das praktisch sein, im Dezember/Januar nicht so. Der Preis für die Wohnung fanden wir zu hoch, dafür müsste die Ausstattung hochwertiger sein. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich teils etwas aufwändig.

Sentralt beliggende blant lokalbefolkningen. Gode senger og sofa. Fin utsikt mot fjellet.
Lite brannvernutstyr. Gasskomfyr lite brukervennlig for oss som ikke er vant til det - en knott manglet.
