This apartment is near the center of Loutraki on a quiet side street perpendicular to the beach road and about 70 m from the beautiful Loutraki beach. Between this apartment and the beach the street is a pedestrian way, very quiet despite the central location of the flat. The flat is fully renovated in a modern style, with the feel of a brand-new flat, with quality beds, spacious closet, quality TV, excellent AC and kitchen utensils and appliances, and modern bathroom fixtures. The flat has two balconies, a small utility one off-the-kitchen and a larger in the front on the western side towards the sea. The front balcony has two comfortable armchairs and a table, nice for breakfast, and is protected by an awning so it remains cool through the day. Gracious owner very attentive to every detail in the flat, very easy to get and return the key of the security front door. Overall an excellent choice...!
