Cosy house with balcony near the sea

Great balcony with a side view to the sea and ability to overview locals passing to/from the beach and see how the family vacation goes in France Atlantic side. The apartment is located in the very calm side of the town with beach and campings nearby. 15 min walk to the supermarket, you can buy nice pizza and crepes on the crossroad only 2 min from the place. Garage place is included into the rental.

We liked everything, just sharing some notes here for the future travellers. That is not a separate house, as we were expecting from the description, it is an apartment on the last floor of the building, but that is not a problem, just to avoid misunderstanding. The place is basic, but good. One room is quite dark, but still comfortable. You have to be careful climbing the 2nd floor. The garage is OK, but the larger car will not fit there with easy. Our BMW5 series fit it with 1 cm on each side (front and back also :)

Bel emplacement près de la mer, que l’on voit d’ailleurs sur le côté depuis le balcon. Il faut aimer la vue sur un stade, mais au moins pas de vis-à-vis. Appartement lumineux et confortable. Bien équipé. Beaucoup de vaisselle ce qui est plutôt rare. Le balcon est très appréciable.
