Great location , comfortable spaces and furniture , very good communication with the owner ! Also the little balcony at the front has a really nice view and is a great spot to relax.
The bathroom was very dirty , since there is no separation between the toilet and shower it should be spotless and have clean unused mops and extra towels to keep the whole space cleaner. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself.

I liked the rooms. There are enough space, air conditioning and everything. House around 10 km away from city center but so close to a very nice beach.
There was a used underwear at the bathroom and I had to dump it but other than that everything was good.
