Ubicación y tener plaza de garaje incluida
No disponer de calefacción porque coincidió mal tiempo y estaba desactivada desde la central y a pesar de pedirlo porque había una niña pequeña no la activaron.

La ubicación genial... Y el apartamento, muy chulo... Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Gijón... El parking y la terracita, son un plus... La verdad es que ha sido una buena experiencia, para repetir sin duda

La ubicación era excelente y el apartamento estaba genial
La limpieza, el baño y el suelo de la habitación estaba un poco sucio

Excelente ubicación y parking gratuito con la reserva.
Escasa limpieza en cocina y baño. Vajilla y menaje de cocina sucio y en el baño, mobiliario con polvo y el desagüe de la bañera estaba atascado y tragaba muy mal.
