Location is perfect, near beautiful national park, restaurants, shops, lovely cafees, even hair and nail saloon, we really felt relaxed and at ease. Ignacio, Daniel and Lucia made us feel home 12.000 km from home. There is loundry, 24h surrveilance, and pool just for residents.

The only problem is bathroom - water showers all over the entire bathroom, the sink leaks too, so be careful what you put in the cabinets below it.

The location was very good - alongside the canal. Close to multiple restaurants and an easy walk to key places such as the Casa Rosada. Bed was comfortable.

The quality of our apartment was much poorer than I expected. From the online photos, the description, the name of the complex ("Luxury Apartments"), and the cost per night, I expected a much higher standard. There were multiple areas of wear and tear which gave the apartment a shabby feel. For instance, the carpet had dark stains in several places, There were rust/dirt marks on the bedside lamp shade, the laminate on the vanity unit in the bathroom was broken and missing in a couple of places, and the bottom of the shower screen on the bath was stained and looked dirty. Also there were holes in the wall behind the front door, and holes in the blockout curtain in the bedroom. I have posted pictures of all of these. Despite turning on the airconditioning, the apartment was always too hot because of the heat rising from the floor - possibly caused by the building not being centrally airconditioned (the hallway, lift, and entry were not airconditioned). Breakfast was available from a cafe a short block away, and we were given vouchers to use. There were only 3 options (croissant and jam, toast and jam, scrambled eggs and toast) available with the vouchers in addition to coffee and orange juice. I may have been unlucky but the one time I used a voucher the toast was cold, dry and brittle - clearly it had been pre-made some time before I ordered it.
