Disliked the communication about the actual unit number. It wasn’t clear . Th key number wasn’t clear, It had 25 and our room was 250. The full address was back backwards. The word unit may have helped

It was a nice short stroll to the water and jetty, the pub, Main Street and ice cream! Our room had everything we needed

The bed was a little uncomfortable. Only had 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. Didn’t find the coffee/sugar items until we were leaving as they were oddly under the sink with the cleaning items. Our check in was confusing and misleading. The parking garage we were directed to stay in did not have an allocated site for our car. The after hours number for clarification did not answer our 3 attempts to talk to someone about this. Reception (who do not handle the room booked) pointed out our parking spot the next day which was not marked at all with our room number. As we had a fog key for the garage and no code for the front entrance we had to enter the building by a garage we were not using each time we arrived at the unit.

Location was great. Layout of rooms is great

Meant to have free wifi, there was no wifi. Parts of the room had broken skirting board. Needs to be fixed as it is sharp and dangerous for little kids.

There we no toiletries at all. I had to Remove my own sheets and bedding and throw our the rubbish. I had to pay for the bedding as well. All very odd.

Location
