It was a brilliant family holiday home with excellent space to relax

The people responsible for cleaning the property were great but the holding company that gave directions about keys were not particularly helpful . Get through to the ones actually managing the property and then it’s fine !

Towels & bedding clean. House is basic but accomodates a family well. Short walk along track to closest beach but has a warning sign regards dangers of rips. A pleasant walk to creek for safer swim. Was easy to to get property keys but lock box has problem getting stuck & very difficult to get open.

Overall rooms were clean but kitchen was grotty & some plates & equipment like sandwich press were very dirty. The BBQ plate was not clean, the gas bottle hose had a leak & the large gas bottle empty, lucky we had our own. Kitchen bench was grotty. The BBQ cover is threadbare. The heavy wooden main gates to the property are very difficult to open as they drag along the ground. Strangely people turned up on the sunday afternoon who insisted we should have checked out on the sunday morn but our checkout was on the monday morn. Ended up being the owners who asked if they could mow the lawn while we were there, which seemed highly inappropriate.
