New, clean, and well equipped. It was between two different beaches, on different sides of the island, both on them by walking distance. Nice sea view from large shaded balcony :) Shops and beach are quite close. Nice beach area with several restaurants, other food options and bars.
Wi-fi is very weak. TV was not working, but we didn't request to be fixed. There is a certain climb from seaside. So you need medium phisical condition to reach the appartment (This in not necessarily a negative aspect :) )
