Ocean front Grand Venetian corner condo

We got the key and bracelets inside the apartment. We got a code via text on how to get to and in the apartment. Place was in a gated area and felt safe. It was quiet. That was very important to us. We had two bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom/shower. Rooms were of nice size. There was washer and dryer. Since we were going to the pool and ocean every day, having a washer and dryer was very convenient and a must. Place provided towels and pool towels. That was great! We loved the balcony from the living room. Very airy/open place. Beautiful balcony furniture. Thank you for providing us with water to drink. We did not know we could not drink it from the faucet. We had ceiling fans and that was awesome. We did not turn on the AC in our bedroom and just had ceiling fan on - it was great! We requested more toilet paper and detergent and it was brought to us the same day. Very quick communication.

When we got there the air was at 84! It was so hot :( I would suggest to put the air on, on the day your customer arrives. It took awhile to get it up to cool temp. Some of us are not used to this kind of humidity :) This is just a suggestion: - have basic cooking things like salt, pepper, oil, sugar at your place. Not a lot of people bring this kind of things. - we had no trash bags in the apartment - we had to purchase that - have paper towel and tissue available (at least one, one can buy more in needed but it is a start). - two of our pillow cases were dirty. We had to wash them. - there was detergent but very, very little. Have a back up available. - Few of the glasses were cracked. Lots of the cooking pans were very used and protective coating was stripped off. - Dishwasher was too small to wash your plates - we had to hand wash it. - Dishwasher was not working well, we ended up hand washing it Like I stated before, we liked the place. This would just make it great!
