The location is excellent if you want to stay right next to a beach and still be within a walking distance to the old town. The terrace was super awesome. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The owner was friendly and helpful, allowed early check-in, and let me leave the luggage there afterwards. Definitely would stay there again.

Michalis is a most wonderful host. He looked after every need. It was a delight to chat to him every day. The property is well located in terms of beach and airport public transport. Would also be convenient for those enjoying the nightlife of Rhodes town. Close to the historic city centre and Palace, Archeological museum, art galleries, aquarium and Acropolis. The two balconies of the apartment were handy, one of them out of the hot sum and the other great for drying clothes.
Could be noisy some nights or early morning. Finding breakfast and good fruit shops was a bit of a challenge.

The location was great close to the beach and main bars

We liked the wine in the fridge, it was quite good. Location is nice. Clean. No problem with communication with the host.
The second night we left the balcony door open and got bitten by mosquitos. Fly screens would be nice.
