Hidden gem in Covent Garden

Location was fantastic for access to all of London. Apartment was well laid out and has everything you need for a short stay. Everything was really well cleaned and presented.

The apartment is located on the third floor and states that there is a lift. This has not tired for the last 3 years and so it was a long climb after a full day of visiting London. The heating is really hot and does not give you the opportunity to turn it down or off. Found the beds extremely firm.

I liked the location for sightseeing. 2 bedrooms and the kitchen dining living area met our needs wonderfully.

I did not like that the Lift/Elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage up 6 flights of stairs. I did not like the steps and floor tile in black. Didn’t notice there were steps at first almost fell. My sister almost tripped down the other steps too. I did not like not knowing a good address to give the cab driver to pick us up. I very much did not like having to add my license and other info into a second App, very suspicious. I did not like having to walk 1/2 a mile with our luggage to go get the keys.
