We stayed for one night and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. This is a straightforward and comfortable place to stay.

Great location & beautiful surroundings. Lodges were great too & beautiful wooden carvings details. The views were just surreal. Breakfast & dinner had lots of choices for adults & teenagers. Staff were excellent & catered for all our needs.
The dogs in surrounding areas outside the gates howling most of the night.

The view was magnificent .
We found the chalet comfortable with easy access to the restaurant , the breakfast was delicious . We enjoyed the company of Molly & Swasli , the doggy .
What makes the place a standout is the professionalism of Karishma , the manager . From the minute you step into the foyer you felt welcomed and at ease .Her massage is the best we have ever encountered on our many stays in different accommodation.
It says chalet includes a fireplace which sounds romantic , however the wood required for the fireplace is not free . The pricing policy of not including vat in the advertised prices of service and items once at the chalet .( The menus and chalet directory did mention vat not including in pricing ).
The kitchen staff needs guidance and mentoring in dealing with clients .
