The double bed was really small and cramped, also exceptionally uncomfortable, that accompanied by the heat meant we had very little sleep and got up every morning with a bad back.

The location was fantastic. Next to the lovely pool and also close to the sea and promenade. Had everything we needed to get going, some coffee tea bags bottle of water and ice cubes on arrival. Also some basic spices and oils. Even some plastic containers perfect for packing snacks for the beach. The kitchen was plenty big enough and equipped well. Washing machine to use. Even had some beach towel pegs. The sea view from the terrace was perfect. Nice quiet area aswell but close to lots and supermarkets. The pool bar las amigos was fantastic aswell some really nice food and tapas to be had there.

My only complaint would be the pillows, very soft and lumpy could definitely do with an upgrade in regard to the pillows. Also in the twin room only one pillow per bed. No extras in the wardrobe. That would be my only complaint as ended up with back ache in the mornings.

The location was excellent.

This is the third time we've stayed here so feel qualified to leave an honest and lengthy review. We have noticed a decline in the facilities since our first visit three years ago. There has only ever been one functioning deckchair since our first visit. Two of the outdoor dining chairs were cracked and the outdoor dining table had wine stains on it. Inside there is clearly nobody taking an inventory of equipment and utensils. We had to buy two wine glasses which we left for the next guest, and in the cutlery drawer there were only two teaspoons left. The clothes airer was broken and had to be leaned against a wall to prevent it falling over when in use. The sliding patio doors were difficult to open and probably needed some lubrication. There are two safes in the property but guests can't use either. The WiFi password given on the literature is wrong. There was no fresh bedding even though we were on a 14 night stay and we had to take photos to prove there wasn't any before they delivered some. It feels like there has been no investment since the first time we stayed here. We noticed that a lot of the reviews say the same thing. It's a shame because with a few improvements (a bigger bed, fresh linen, air conditioning, a usable safe and some updated furniture) this property would be incredible. We decided not to book this property again next year and look elsewhere, but noticed that for the same fortnight it was 700€ more than this year.
