Chalet 1829

The chalet is tastefully decorated and very well equipped for a family stay. You will find complete kitchen equippment there as well as washing and drying maschine, barbecue atc. You will be provided with complete bed and bath linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper etc. It is located in between Tignes/Val d´Isere and Les Arcs/La Plagne skiareas, both within 15 minutes drive reach. Just to note - the house is not isolated asi it looks on pictures, it stands next to the main road from Bourg St. Maurice to Tignes, betwee other chalets. The very close neighbouring chalet is under construction now. It was not an issue for us, as we did not stay in the house over daytime, we were skiing.

The concierge did not bother to stop by on the arrival day to start the heating and water boiler, so we arrived late evening to a house with 13 degrees Celsius and no hot water. We had problems to start the stove on pellets and the electric radiators, as the main electric swich was shuting down all the time. The issue was resolved next day when the owner arrived to help us together with an electrician. He declared it was a very rare issue and reimbursed us with two bottles (of a very good) wine. The mattresses are quite far on the hard side.

Everything was great. The apartment has two bathrooms and two toilets, perfect for a group of friends. The kitchen has everything and more for cooking! The host was always available. :) The location is great; if you have your own car, you can easily reach many ski resorts.

The path to the house was icy and difficult to walk on because it was on a slope.

Oui, j'ai récupéré les clés dans une boite a clé. La conciergerie m'avait dit qu'elle passait et nous l'avons jamais vu. Nous avons eu un problème avec les draps et il a fallu attendre plus de 48h. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés le logement était froid et par conséquent, le temps qu'il monte en température, le compteur n'arrêtait pas de dijoncter.

le logement en soit est trés bien équipé et en bon état. il correspond parfaitement au produit annoncé.

personne pour faire l'état des lieux à l'arrivée comme au départ, la maison est situé sur la route principale ou un flux ininterrompu de véhicules circule et le cadre pour qui souhaite profiter de la montagne n'est pas trés glamour. il faut aimer l'odeur de la vache. Nous sommes des montagnards et avons passé toutes nos journées en ski de rando. les vaches on connait et l'emplacement nous a permis d'avoir une position centrale parfaite pour notre activité. je me permet de laisser ce message pour qui souhaite croiser Heidi ainsi que pour le propriétaire qui doit verser une commission aux Cles Saisonnières.
