Gute Lage. Zentrum fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Schneller, freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Somit hörte man die anderen Bewohner beim Betreten und Verlassen des Hauses doch deutlich. Es fehlt ein Herd. Benutzter und nicht sauberer Lappen und Schwamm in der Küche. Geschirrhanduch wäre super. Benutzte Handtücher (wahrscheinlich der Vormieter) lagen noch in einem Korb im Schlafzimmer. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Kommunikation war sehr spontan und schnell. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem Wäschetrockner.
Gefehlt hat lediglich ein Ofen. Wer also Pizza oder Brötchen aufbacken will, muss hier kreativ werden.

Alles war sehr schön, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Bett bequem, Parkplatz vor dem Haus , Fahrradkeller, Kommunikation mit Vermieter schnell und unkompliziert, sehr zentrale Lage, ruhig. Absolut zu empfehlen
