    A bit of a challenge for some staff members to accept to cooperate with online bookings to facilitate group allocation. The so called company policy made it difficult to get their full cooperation.

    Had a great stay! Please look into allowing people to enjoy all things bought at the hotel in all facilities. No restrictions, or at least put up a notice.

    Always a pleasure staying at Blackrock when we in Newcastle KZN.. I love the staff . The are outstanding with the service.

    I requested a tooth paste. Very nice guy in the reception, couldn’t find it . He said I must wait for the morning shift. Until a very unfriendly lady who came to my room to tell me they don’t have tooth paste and the shops open at 08:00. Not apologetic about it
