La ubicación y el aire acondicionado.
Al llegar nos encontramos un apartamento sucio (Pegotes de comida en las mesas, platos y cubiertos fregados muy mal por decir fregados...). Suelo sin barrer y fregar, además sin las cortinas de la foto publicada. También nos hicieron hacer el check-out antes de la hora marcada en Booking. Hay que tener en cuenta que para dormir hay que tener cerrada la puerta del servicio ya que huelen las tuberías y con respecto a la cama no deja de ser un sofá por lo que es incómodo. Adjunto fotografías.

Das Studio ist klein aber nett eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage 200m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Die wichtigsten Sachen zum Kochen und Kaffee machen sind alle vorhanden.
Erhebliche Mängel, die Sonnenmarkisen auf dem Balkon waren gebrochen und haben nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Balkontüre beschädigt, die Vermieterin musste sogar einen Kollegen schicken während unseres Aufenthaltes. Bettsofa nur bedingt geeignet um darin 10Nächte hintereinander zu schlafen. Es war eng und man hat kaum Abstellflächen.
