The location and the staff. Pearly was great and so were the security guards
I could never get an answer if the pool was open or not, ended up giving up and enjoying everything else.

Well ventilated, paintings and the headboard
There’s a lot of things that needs to improve especially in the the kitchen area, some of the drawers are spoilt. I suggest to undergo renovation. The tube that connected to the heater machine was leaking.

The staff was responsive and helpful. The location to good restaurants was amazing. The proximity to Ayala Triangle 1.7 Km, was a nice walk. Ayala Triangle park was full of shade trees and cafes. At night it was lit up with ground lights and lights in the trees. very nice.
Air conditioning in one of the rooms was substandard. My electronic door lock kept locking me out, Nimfa, one of our housekeepers, was very good at regaining my access in a timely fashion. The rooms are on a shoestring maintainance. No kitchen. There was no hot water in one of the rooms. The showering wasn't bad, just missed the hot water.
