Herrlich ruhige Lage kurz vor der Grenze zur Tschechischen Republik, Blick aufs Tal, Wiesen, Waldrad (morgens schnürte der Fuchs über die Wiese hinterm Haus), man kann direkt vom Objekt aus loswandern; großzügige Garage für genau zwei Autos; sehr modernes Ambiente und gemütliche, geschmackvolle und funktionale Ausstattung der Wohnräume; große Esstische in Küche bzw. auf Veranda für gemeinsame Essen und Spielerunden; mehrere kuschlige Ecken, um sich individuell zurückzuziehen, zu entspannen; alles sehr sauber!
Die Bedienung der modernen Geräte war anfangs eine Herausforderung, aber der Mensch wächst mit seinen Aufgaben! ;) Bei den Treppengeländern außen und innen fehlten die Spanndrähte bzw. Kniestöcke, d.h. Absturzgefahr für kleine Kinder!

...tolles super modernes Haus in Hanglage im Osterzgebirge. Alles vorhanden, was man für ein entspanntes Wochenende braucht. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Schalterinstallation für Licht und Jalousien .
Reinigungsgeräte für den Grill fehlen.

Außergewöhnliche Villa am Ortsrand. Ein Begrüßungskorb mit Sekt und Knabbereien war vorbereitet. In der Küche waren Gewürze, Kaffee und Tee ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Die Bedienung der Technik war nicht ganz selbsterklärend. Eine schriftliche Anleitung für nicht so technikaffine Gäste wäre hilfreich.
