Vilamoura Amazing Golf Villa With Pool by Homing

Spacious and well equipped villa. Good sized pool. Nice garden with plenty areas for shade. Quiet location, great for golf and also easy access to the marina by Uber which was about €5. We dined at the Hilton hotel across from the villa on a couple nights, we tried the pool restaurant there and the rubi bar, both were lovely. There is a small restaurant at the end of the road but it was always fully booked. There is a spar a 15 minute walk away or we also stocked up whilst down at the marina and got an uber back to the villa.

There are quite a few pool tiles missing. Most are at the deep end of the pool so don’t really effect use but they do certainly need replaced. Our daughter loved it none the less.

Some pool tiles were missing and decor slightly dated (the latter did not affect our stay at all). Overall it could do with a bit of TLC.

The hosts were great and meet us at the property with the key. The location was great and the area was very quiet with nice views over the golf course.

The villa furniture is dated and needs replacing, the showers were so small you could barely fit in them, the pool was missing a lot of tiles

A manutenção da casa estava em péssimas condições. Alguns ar condicionados não funcionavam o sistema de aquecimento e estava 7 graus à noite. As cobertas de cama eram de péssima qualidade e em pouca quantidade, assim como as toalhas de banho. A resposta que obtivemos da administração foi " É o padrão". A energia elétrica era pouca e a chave geral desligava constantemente quando alguns equipamentos eram ligados. Quase ficamos sem a ceia de ano novo por conta disso. A administração forneceu "micro" aquecedores que acabaram por prejudicar ainda mais a energia. A rega elétrica do jardim estava regulada para o meio da tarde e arruinou nosso churrasco. Também recebemos um resposta padrão da administração. Foi necessário desligar o registro da água para podermos curtir a tarde no jardim. A água quente não era suficiente para as 8 pessoas e não tinha uma temperatura muito alta, era morna, o que para o inverno nem sempre é adequado. A cozinha é bem equipada e os banheiros são bons. Fora isso foi uma experiência bem desagradável com a estadia.
