Was a little tricky to find the house but owner sent fab instructions to ensure going down right lane to find.

Location was perfect for exploring. House had everything we needed and felt very homely. Loads of well thought out extras like board games and ice in the freezer.

Nothing really. My son found the single beds squeaky but other than that we had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint two-bedroom cottage in Coltishall. The cottage was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect, situated right next to a charming pub and close to the river, making it ideal for relaxing walks. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, with prompt and helpful responses. We particularly enjoyed the lovely collection of books available in the cottage, which added to its cosy charm. The area was peaceful and quiet, and waking up to the sound of birds singing each morning was wonderful. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
