This is a good budget accommodation option for SMdA. It's an independent section of a house, comprising 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom shared among them. Both bedrooms are spacious, each with 1 queen bed, nightstand, and a TV. The bedroom facing the street has the window boarded up, so it's pretty dark; it also has a wardrobe. The second bedroom faces a backyard, so it's airier and more luminous; also has a beat-up sofa, a few drawers, 1 chair. The bathroom is large. On the hallway there's a microwave and mini-fridge. The windows open with difficulty, but for the price I can't complain. The location is good, some 15-20 min walk to the Cathedral. It's relatively quiet, but this is Mexico, so occasionally you'll still hear dogs barking, kids screaming, fireworks, roosters, etc.

The bed pillows were excellent. Responsive hosts.

The WiFi was spotty. The water pressure in the shower was not good.

Me sorprendió! En realidad por el precio esperaba algo muy sencillo solo para descansar pero en realidad está equipado con parrilla, refrigerador y microondas, además de insumos para el baño Nosotros nos quedamos en la pared de arriba e hicimos uso de ambas habitaciones

Well located, quiet, safe area. Decent room size. Fair price

Not well maintained - paint drips everywhere, mold in bathroom, bedroom window covered with brick patterned contact paper (no natural light), decorated in poor taste (peeling poster in bathroom, cheap trinkets on shelf), no a/c and fan without much power. Empty hand soap dispenser and provided with one roll of toilet paper for a five day stay (2 ppl), had to request additional rolls twice. Never received replacement liquid hand soap. Difficult to adjust water either scorching hot or freezing cold.
