The pictures don’t fully reflect what the accommodation offers. There’s a wonderful view from the terrace, a new, well-equipped apartment just 2 minutes from the beach. Even though the houses are close to each other, you can still enjoy a quiet, secluded part of the property. Having dinner on the terrace at sunset is an unforgettable memory. Elena is kind, friendly, and helpful, and Masha the parrot is so much fun that we decided we’ll have one too someday. Stanici and the house are the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with everything within a short walking distance – and the comfortable bed makes it even better. The best accommodation in town.

Krasen apartma za par. Vse je komfortno in moderno. Na vrtu s prekrasnim razgledom sta nam delala družbo maček in večji papagaj. Odlična popestritev. Lastnica živi v isti hiši, a je prijazna in nemoteča. Plaža je le nekaj stopnic stran.

Parkinga ni pri apartmaju, ampak dobrih 50m stran. Ker je apartma v strmem bregu sta prvi in zadnji dan mal naporna in zoprna s prenašanjem stvari po strmih stopnicah. WiFi bi lahko bil boljši in hitrejši. Hladilnik je funkcionalen in ok, a če bi bil večji bi bilo idealno.

The property was fantastic with a beautiful sea view. Elena the property manager was fantastic with a super quick response time and she took the time to recommend some good restaurants as well as places to visit. We loved everything about this property and would definitely come back.

Only superlatives: The well-designed house with the ground floor apartment for rent sitting in the remarkable terraced garden full of delicate scents of plants and herbs and the terrace with breathtaking sea view overlooking the island of Brač, Split and Trogir seaside, these all give you the feeling of a little eden in the hillside in Stanići in the Adriatic. Tranquility and serenity of this oasis. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, shining brand new, spacious with the interior designed and constructed neatly as well as with the sense of practicality and art. The omnipresent green of the garden and the terrace never let the scorching sun hit any of the room, so, a/c, available, needn´t to be used even in hot days. The insect nets in the windows and doors let you to leave them open and listen the calming sounds of the nature. There was no problem with mosquitoes even outside on the terrace, anyway. The kitchen is well-equipped - from a coffee machine to a toaster and a grater. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by the water and fruit - very pleasant after a long journey. The host is super nice and helpful, giving you the feeling she will do anything to make your dreams come true. Btw, she speaks 5 languages. Moreover, excellent recommendations from here, to name one: the morning fish sales point, where we bought superbly fresh and tasty seafood. It is 1 minute to the pebble beach, not too wide but long enough and never overcrowded even in peak times. There is a restaurant with a public toilet right on the beach, too. Parking is between the main road and the house, spacious enough. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breakfest time with the light breeze and mirror like sea, listening waves gently touching the shores during sunsets, or just watching the world go by. Elena, thank you so much to make this happen. You, your hospitality, the whole place all these give the true meaning of synergy.
