Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Das Zimmer ist für uns völlig ausreichend. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

Tolle und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft, liebes Personal, super Frühstück und leckerer Kuchen. Wir waren durchweg begeistert.

Gerade an einem Ruhetag ohne besetzte Rezeption müsste das Zimmer des Gastes vorher gecheckt werden! Leider war das nicht der Fall. Die Mappe mit dem WLAN-Passwort war nicht vorhanden. Das TV Gerät konnte man zwar anschalten, es wurden aber keine Programme empfangen. Eine Bedienungsanleitung war nicht vorhanden. Auf die telefonisch Anfrage um Hilfestellung gab es am Abend keine Antwort. Am nächsten Tag gab es auch keine Entschuldigung für die nicht behobenen Mängel. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist dieser Service mangehaft.
